The Congress of Nations and States (CNS), the Dundee Just Transition Hub, and the University of Stirling invite you to join us for the global conference on Mass Atrocities, Environmental Degradation, and Communities’ Rights,

Held in conjunction with the CNS Assembly, the event will gather indigenous and minority communities, scholars, artists, and activists to explore the intersection of climate justice, human rights, and systemic harm.

The call for proposals is officially open. We invite scholars, artists, community leaders, and practitioners to submit proposals that explore the intersections of climate justice, human rights, and systemic harm. Submissions are welcome in the form of academic papers, performances, artistic works, literary pieces, or cultural/environmental displays.

The deadline to submit is October 15, 2025 at 12 AM ET, and accepted participants will be notified by November 15, 2025.
